Our Return Promise
Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a return or exchange.
What Can Be Returned
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

- βIn its original packaging with all tags still attached
- βAccompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

When We Swap It Out
We replace items only when they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. Contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the issue.

To return your product, please mail it to our address in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Contact us first so we can provide the exact return address and a return authorisation number.
